Alé Maria is a Bridal and Evening gown designer focused on creating innovative and original fashions for the sophisticated modern bride. Alé Maria’s passion for bridal is obvious in all her fashions. She loves the challenge of complicated designs with the signature attention to detail. Each of her gowns is hand crafted, beautifully trimmed and accented with flowers, Swarovski crystals and pearls. The unique original design, cut, fit, and advanced workmanship are the results of Maria’s knowledge of Fashion History, dedication and more than 16 year’s life experiences. Sewing has always been a part of Maria’s life. Her mother was a seamstress, from whom she learned designing, constructions, and sewing couture custom gowns.
The desire to learn more about Fashion sent Maria to Design School has enhanced her sewing skills and broadened her design abilities. She successfully graduated from the International Academy of Design & Technology in Chicago, having her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fashion Design, with the highest of honors. She was the first student in 26 year’s history of School who had won Two Awards as Outstanding Senior and Junior Level Fashion Design student, following her 1st Place Award Fashion Design Student competition at the Prestigious Richard Driehaus Award for Fashion Excellence in Chicago. The presented 2004 Haute Couture Bridal Collection was inspired by five distinctive periods of Fashion echoing in each gown, letting the designer transform them into contemporary masterpiece. No one gown in collection looks the same, in fact they don’t looks like any others, and they are different and outstanding because of their fresh and unusual look. Only pure silk fabrics are used in Alé Maria’s creations, such as Chiffon, Taffeta, Duchess Satin, Organza, and Charmeuse that work collectively to overall appearance of the dress. The company advertises Alé Maria’s gowns on the pages of major bridal magazines such as Wedding Dresses Magazine, The Knot Wedding Gowns, and Bridal Buyer.
